Adv. Akash Kamal Mishra is a renowned Cyber Lawyer, Technology Safety Expert, Author, Researcher, and Academician dedicated to advancing cybersecurity awareness and digital legal literacy in India. Holding a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. in Cyber Law & Intellectual Property Rights, and a PGDCA, he combines legal expertise with technological insight to address the challenges of the digital age.
In 2018, he founded CYBERTALKINDIA, a pioneering initiative focused on cybersecurity awareness, cyber law education, research, and digital empowerment. Under his leadership, the organization has evolved into a multidisciplinary platform offering Cybersecurity Awareness, Legal Consultancy, Professional Certification Programs, Research & Development, Academic Publishing, and Digital Solutions.
An accomplished author of several books on Cyber Law, Cybercrime Investigation, Constitutional Law, Media Law, and Intellectual Property Rights, his publications have been adopted and recommended by 40+ universities and higher educational institutions across India. He has delivered 220+ cybersecurity awareness sessions, impacting 100,000+ students and professionals, and has been recognized with honors including the Young Writer Award, District Icon Award, Digital India Silver Recognition, and the 100 Inspiring Authors of India award.

Adv. Pushpita Tripathi is a lawyer and an author from Indore, Madhya Pradesh – India
She has keen interest in learning Juvenile law, Constitutional law and criminal law and has interest to do client counselling and want to stand and raise the voice against the women’s crime .
She has authored a book intitled “Acid Attack – Malediction In India” forwarded by Shri A.B. Shukla, Former District Judge, Ex-Principal Secretory, Law & Justice, Government of Uttar Pradesh and appreciated by two sitting Hon’ble Judges of High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench.
She has participated in debates and speech competition and interest in public speaking and also participated in Memorial Drafting Competition.
She is blessed with wonderful God gifted oratory skills and has delivered several lectures on Criminal Procedure Code benefiting the masses.
She has also done many internships during her college time under Supreme court Advocate, under High Court Advocate, Prayagraj, Judicature, under law firm, written research papers and also done certification course under the reputed law firm.
